Guiding our groups during their stay in our destinations all year round

RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE TOURS

​

Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and clients satisfaction.
Provide leadership for our travelers and be responsible for their well-being. We ask that our tourleaders do not merely focus on the logistics of the tour, but create a unique and unforgettable experience for all our travelers.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

​

Service Minded
Good knowledge of either Scandinavia, Iceland and the Baltics
Good presentation and communication skills as you will be dealing with multiple suppliers and clients during the tours
Proficiency in oral and written English language as well as one or more of the below listed languages, is a requirement. Trilingual is an advantage.
Asian Languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Other Asian Language)
Other languages (French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish)
