Welcome to Sweden, a country stretching 1574 km from north to south, covered by more than 50% of its area by endless forests.

Visit Stockholm, capital of Sweden, "The Venice of the North", a city with innumerable islands and cut by the water. Pass through the province of Dalarna, defined as the "most Swedish of the regions" because of its huge forests and red wooden cottages.

Also, visit the city of Karlstad located next to Lake Vänern, which is the largest lake in Sweden. Finally, visit the west coast with its steep cliffs and famous archipelagos, but also Gothenburg, the second largest city of this Scandinavian jewel.

Arrive at Stockholm Airport and pick up your rental vehicle.

Stockholm is generally referred to as Beauty on Water, or Venice of the North, which is understandable, as the city is built upon 14 islands. It is surrounded by the Lake Mälaren, and by the Baltic Sea. City's grand public buildings, palaces, rich cultural history and museums tell her history from 1252.

During your sightseeing tour you will visit the Gamla Stan (Old town), where you will be charmed by cobblestone streets, crooked but beautifully preserved buildings, gothic churches and excellent cafés, bars, restaurants and Swedish design-ware shops, the famous Stockholm Cathedral and the Nobel Museum.   The Royal Palace is one of the largest palaces in the world with over 600 rooms. In front of the palace you can see the parade of the soldiers and changing guards daily

Rest of the day at leisure. Depending on your arrival, we recommend visiting Skansen Park or take an archipelago tour.
